Exhibition
e- Learning evaluation: A
catalyst for quality
education
September 14- 16, 2010,
Ramses Hilton, Cairo, Egypt
HDF is a community of practitioners and scholars who founded an annually
series of ICT-Learn
conferences since 2002,
whose purpose is to share
best practices
and to learn from each
other’s mistakes, in order
to move forward with
successful ‘e-learning’
projects in both schools and
universities . ICT-Learn
conferences bring together
educational innovators from
around the world – the
majority from Arab countries
– seeking to learn best
practices, to share case
studies and to identify
emerging technologies
(software, hardware and
embedded systems) that can
make their ‘e-learning’
systems more powerful.
The ICT-Learn 2010
conference in Egypt aims at
bringing together
international experts
involved in the delivery of
‘e-learning’ to emerging
regions of the world,
especially to underserved
and special needs
communities. The theme of
the conference this year
will be: Mobile
Internet-enabled education
as a safety and new paradigm
for future school is and
universities education.
While the conference has a
number of very distinguished
invited plenary speakers,
we have reserved 40 places
on the agenda for
superlative contributed
papers. This CALL FOR PAPERS
is soliciting those
contributions. Authors whose
papers are not accepted for
one of the 40 slots will be
encouraged to present their
work in a paper fair.
