9th International Internet Education Conference & Exhibition

                                                        ICT-Learn 2010

e- Learning evaluation: A catalyst for quality education
September 14- 16, 2010, Ramses Hilton, Cairo, Egypt

HDF is a community of practitioners and scholars who founded an annually series of ICT-Learn conferences since 2002,  whose purpose is to share best practices and to learn from each other’s mistakes, in order to move forward with successful ‘e-learning’ projects in both schools and universities . ICT-Learn conferences bring together educational innovators from around the world – the majority from Arab countries – seeking to learn best practices, to share case studies and to identify emerging technologies (software, hardware and embedded systems) that can make their ‘e-learning’ systems more powerful.

The ICT-Learn 2010 conference in Egypt aims at bringing together international experts involved in the delivery of ‘e-learning’ to emerging regions of the world, especially to underserved and special needs communities. The theme of the conference this year will be: Mobile Internet-enabled education as a safety and new paradigm for future school is and universities education. While the conference has a number of very distinguished invited plenary speakers, we have reserved 40 places on the agenda for superlative contributed papers.
