HDF’s leadership is talented, diverse, and committed to the foundation’s mission. From varied sectors and backgrounds, their expertise is central to our past achievements, and projects now in development. the development of people in Egypt.

 Prof. Dr. Eng. Ali Ali Hebeish: Research Fellow, National Research Centre (NRC), Cairo, Egypt; 1960 - 1961; Associated Researcher, 1962 - 1967; Researcher, 1968 - 1974; Associate Professor, 1974 - 1979; Professor, 1979 - 1984; Under Secretary of State, Office of the President, Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT). Cairo, Egypt, 1985 - 1988; Vice-President, (ASRT), 1988 - 1991; President (ASRT) , 1992 – 1996 .Hebeish's work deals with Chemistry of Polymers used in Textiles, viz.: cotton and bast fibres. polyester, polyamide and starch. Problems chosen are of applied nature since they are directly related to textile pre-treatment, dyeing, printing and finishing. Area of research covers treatments, development of sizes and size recovery and chemical modification through etherification. Etherification, grafting, & cross linking

 Prof. Mohamed Al-Azab: Cairo University, Egypt, Bachelor of Electronics Engineering (1972)Brentwick University, England, Master of Computer Engineering (1980) Brentwick University, England, Doctor of Philosophy in Mobile Communications Network Engineering (1985), 1993.Member-Board of Industrial Committee of the National Democratic Party of Egypt (1990-now).Member-Board of Education Committee of the National Democratic Party of Egypt (1990-now).Member-Board of Director and General Manager of the Egyptian High Technology Association.

 Mr. Mohamed Gohar: Chief Executive Officer, Video Cairo Sat .Throughout his 3 decades of accomplishment in the broadcast industry, Mohammed Gohar has held fast to a core set of ideals that set his initiatives apart in the region. Beginning his career as a cameraman for the American network NBC in the early 1970s, he has since established partnerships with a diverse and comprehensive line-up of worldwide broadcasters and agencies, acting as collaborator with and bridge between Western and Middle East media interests. Currently, Video Cairo Sat is one of the leading independent news production and gathering agencies in Egypt and the Middle East. As  Chief Executive Officer, Mohammed Gohar, continues to direct VCS to providing quality services as well as the latest technology to international clientele.

 Eng. Mahmoud Yehia Khattab: Television Studio Engineering Management, TV Transmitter Stations Union, Studio Project Management, Manager director of TV& Radio .

 Mrs. Mona Mohammed El Shibiny: American University in Cairo B.A. Economics (1985), Assistant Manager-   Corporate Banking Group focusing on the healthcare, detergents and pharmaceutical industries, Assistant Manager - Credit Department at Nasr City Branch. Commercial Services Assistant  - Financial Institutions Division, Commercial International Bank (Egypt) S.A.E.  (1986 - 96), Senior Advisor with the minister of Housing( 2006-now)

 Assis. Prof. Dr. Magda Bahaa El Din Fayek: Computer Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, Assisting Professor , King AbdulAziz Univ. (KAAU), Faculty of Science, Computer Science Dept., Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. During this period she was the first Chairman of the department (February 1992 to February 1996) and supervised the establishment of three computer labs (two IBM and one MAC), Associate Partner in the Pro-Learn Network of Excellency. PROLEARN is a 'Network of Excellence' financed by the IST (Information Society Technology) programme of the European commission dealing with technology enhanced professional learning.
